Sales tax is added at the register on top of menu prices.

Anatolian Kitchen is a Turkish restaurant in Bethlehem known for its authentic Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine. I stopped in for the first time the other night. The food was very good, but the service was not. I started with the mix appetizer, which includes hummus, stuffed grape leaves, eggplant salad, babaganoush, ezme, haydari, kabak tarama, havuc tarama, and crushed wheat salad, served with fresh homemade bread. Everything had so much flavor, and I loved the variety. I also had the chicken soup, which was filled with tender chicken and vegetables. For my entrΓ©e, I went with the mix grill, which includes chicken, lamb, and Adana kebabs, served with rice, a mixed salad, and pickled red cabbage. The meats were well seasoned, and the sides were fresh. My friend had the chicken kebab, which was prepared exactly like mine. She enjoyed it. Unfortunately, this is where the experience took a turn. Our server didn’t introduce herself, ask how anything was, or make any effort to be warm and welcoming. We felt like we showed up to a party we weren’t invited to. Service aside, I really did enjoy the food here, so I’d come back. Hopefully, the service is better next time.

Hubby and I wanted to try something new, stepping outside of our comfort spots! Loved every bit of everything we tried here and the flavors were absolutely delicious! The service was attentive without being overbearing. Questions regarding the menu were answered and we felt welcomed! This pick your own seat, BYOB is a vibe worth trying!

We were excited to find Turkish food in this area and it surpassed our expectations. Lovely dining area and excellent service. The lentil soup was the perfect comfort food and the Manti was phenomenal. We tried every desert option and the Kadayif was my favorite. We hope to come back when we're in the area!

Was in the Bethlehem area for a concert and wanted to try this restaurant. Everything was excellent especially the hummus, manti(Turkish dumplings) and the mixed grill which included grilled chicken, lamb and kafta(ground lamb). Turkish coffee was incredible and gave you a good jolt of caffeine. My only wish was that there was more bread or even pita bread for the hummus. It's possible that if you asked for more it might not have been a problem, as the staff were very helpful and professional. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely go back.
